Its frikkin' amazing how far that CD has taken us but you gotta hear the new stuff! Check back with us soon and don't forget to get on our list of doll-heads for info on upcoming shows. Rumor has it that the SCD boys are back in the ole studio baby! Its album number two with that "million dollar garage sound" that we'll probably record with Ken at Mirror Sound Studio. Check out our new page and amazing stats at Soundclick.com We did it! Six more Saturday nights at the infamous Columbia City Theater! We did some great videos! The Band rocked, the P.A. was awesome, (thanx Ken) the room was awesome, the girls were unbelievable and if you weren't there, you better check for cubation of the cranium.
Last show at Columbia City was awesome!
As we blasted out "Free" I think it was and as I was playing flawlessly at 90 miles an hour, I glanced up and saw a beautiful angel in pure white lingerie. Was I in heaven I thought to myself? No, to my right was a beautiful devil girl in red. Why its the DIVINITEASE! Hell of a combination. The Sea City Dolls plus the DIVINTEASE are like red-hots n gasoline mixed. The crowd loved it. GREAT SHOW! MORE SHOWS! So we got to play Aug 18th at the million dollar Amphitheater, eat great food and gamble at the casino! Excellent staff, good fun, see ya next year!
Oh Ya! Does yours truly, Eddy Z. Drummer extraordinaire think he's cool. (look at that dumb smile) I caught the MARKY RAMONE show down at Hell's Kitchen June 17th and got a chance to hang with my pal Marky (the Man) backstage for a while. He told me he hoped that there were some punk rock drummers out in the crowd that got a little lesson. I assured him there were.
The Sea City Dolls had a great time June 24th in Bellevue Square and hope to see you all again next year. We want to thank all the fans that actually came out to the 2006 summer festival shows. We love you guys! We're back from Maui! Thanx to Annie and some very cool Maui Wowie rocknroll fans and musicians the SEA CITY DOLLS rocked big time Thursday the 30th at the Paradise Blues Club, Saturday, at Life's A Beach, and Sunday at Happas Nite Club not to mention open mic at the Sly Mongoose as soon as we stepped off ze'plane. It was a rocknroll dream come true for the band, with scenic beaches, boat adventures and great food. Probably a helluva four nights for the lazy little island sanctuary too. We went nuts! HAAAA! HAAAA! The Surfer dudes and Hula chicks were out in force and in four days we did more drinking and carousing then most Pop-rockers do in a lifetime. Kudos to our new friends Stephan, Eric, Anik, John, Gerry Davis(the man on drums) Maui-Jimmy the other (man on drums) Steve, Carson and the other out-of-their-way-nice folks that helped make our stay a total party. I have some pics up finally! And yes I am now a "SAVE THE WHALES" guy. EDDY Z. drummer of the original slam-bam-thankyou-mam-glam-band man! NEWSFLASH to all fans or friends! Our webmaster is a moron and any e-mail sent through this website between 1/1/06 and 4/20/06 was lost. In other words if we didn't reply to your e-mail please send it again. Thanks to all the fans, the last Seattle club shows have been a rousing success. The Central Saloon gigs were a blast and thanks again Tonya for having us back. The Helloween Ball although unorganized was fun for all who I talked to. That venue has potential but lacks conviction. Best of luck to them. El'Corozon wouldn't let us play the big stage on a Thursday but the lounge show turned out to be a loud, drunken pre-New Years rock par-tay. Once again we got an awesome response. Thanx Dana! BIG STAGE next time? SCD says get off yer ass and get out to your local hangout, have fun, meet new people and support a cool band. Keep in touch! New shows added weekly. updated 3/19/2008 |
